Job Description

To join our team, we’re seeking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition professional! In this position, you will be tasked with continuing to seek out talent, developing a strong employer brand, and maintaining positive connections with both candidates and employees. You should have a keen eye for exceptional individuals and a consistent dedication to assisting them in achieving success in our organisation!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interface with internal teams such as Content, Social, and Marketing teams to get information on priority content and regional promotion plans across social and marketing, and communicate this to all CS Vendor teams
  • Support partner teams with information and resources needed to plan for any launches/campaigns/ releases and ensure they are geared to support with required training and people
  • Analysis of top reasons for customer contact, delivery of CS KPIs (target Vs Actual), bridge gap plans communicate required processes to partner teams and monitor and guide on process gaps

Eligibility

  • A graduation degree from a reputed educational institution
  • 5-6 years of proven track record in Customer Support
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Freshdesk (any competitive CRM system), Live chat and digital servicing channels will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and roster to manage 24 x 7 operations
  • Deep understanding of Customer Support business
  • Understanding of contact center technology, processes, and operations
  • Good interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Customer-centric and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
