Job Description

Responsibilities
- Developing procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Developing forecasting methods to achieve 100% product availability around the month
- Working on timely follow-up with vendors in terms of production and delivery
- Understanding of best-in-class operations, financials, and reporting to drive the highest level of customer satisfaction and lowest landed cost
- Working on warehouse, store, and vendor visits whenever needed
- Coordinating with cross-function departments is necessary
Eligibilities
- Any graduate/postgraduate
- Preferably from a fashion background
- Strong business acumen
- In-depth knowledge of invoicing, negotiation terms, and strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Keen attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Extensive experience in procurement preferred
- Team player
- From the ideation of new products from scratch to delivery, the whole process of knowledge is required
- Immediate joiners are a plus
