Responsibilities
- Work to be responsible for external and internal stakeholders management for business growth of NBFC pay later across lenders (digital NBFCs & fintechs)
- Assist to coordinate with external and internal stakeholders (Pine Labs KAM, merchant engagement sales and retail teams) for various activities
- Identify new opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound requests to follow-up
- Work to regularly study internal reports and identify important levers for growth
- Coordinate with in-store promoters, virtual in-store promoters pay later team and merchant engagement, virtual relationship management sales teams of Pine Labs
- Manage smooth rollout and running of various merchant offers
- Create engaging and informative content for merchant communication and promotion
