Build effective relationships with key stakeholders related to development projects
Prepare draft presentations and reports to support stakeholder meetings
Participate in project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, and peers.   Maintain relationships with content-based leads (SMRs)

Identify areas for operational improvement, making suggestions and driving change to gain efficiencies and improve learning impact
Run and analyze reports to provide preliminary insights on program success
Manage all activities to be on-time and within budget, tracking against original plan to determine efficiency

Facilitation, Coaching & Curriculum Management70%
Facilitate learning programs via live in-person and the virtual medium on core language proficiency attributes to junior, middle, and senior management
Choose appropriate training methods depending on content and audience per case (can be, be not limited to: virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc). Exhibit zeal and confidence to bolster attendees’ participation while facilitating learning programs
Design team based and individual courses focused on Language Proficiency and Culturally nuanced themes, oversee maintenance of records related to the curriculum and materials while also gather feedback on the quality of trainings from participants and instructors
Use different coaching methodologies to offer 1:1 coaching, group coaching and personalized coaching to professionals on core language proficiency, cultural nuances and leadership attributes
Appreciate the vision of Experience Architecture and then tailor communication skills related training programs and experiences for new hires & experienced professionals accordingly
Plan, execute, and lead curriculum development activities; leverage SMRs and existing materials; review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Work with managers to determine training needs
 Support material such as module, videos etc.
Cater to digital learning needs with innovative ideas
Collaborate with Talent Services (Learning Development, Learning Operations, and Learning Delivery) to create and deliver leading-edge learning solutions
Support end-to-end participant journey, facilitator sourcing, and all related communications
Execute the CPE/certification process from objective mapping to form submission to participant receiving credits
Collaborate with Learning Operations to maintain accurate curriculum data integrity, maintain historical archives, and respond to ad hoc requests for curriculum information
Contribute towards building an inclusive, high-performing team that inspires colleagues and peers by creating an environment of mutual support and shared responsibility
Complete and submit 360* professional development and performance review documentation


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2-5 years of related professional experience
  • Strengthened by facilitation skills and coaching 
  • Collaborative mindset to share and implement best practices
  • Strong instructional design skills
  • Demonstrated project and program management experience:  organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
  • Ability to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Up to 20% travel could be required based on role responsibilities.
  • Experience working in a learning and development organization
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience
