HR Interns Job Description

As an HR intern in Gensler’s Bangalore office, you will be a part of our creative student environment for a full-time, paid internship starting in August 2022 and ending in January 2023. You must be available for the entire program’s duration.

We are looking for Recruiting New Employees The intern is in charge of finding, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent. We require that our intern be organised, consistent, and prepared for anything. The HR Intern will be in charge of providing administrative support to the human resource team on a daily basis. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment and selection, as well as general administration.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing activities to open positions
  • Involve in recruitment & selectin processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc)
  • Reviews employment applications
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Address employee queries about benefits

Eligibilities

  • MBA degree in Human Resources or similar relevant field
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Deadline driven; Efficiency and organizational ability
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
  • General computer proficiency
