Assistant Manager Job Description
As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving activation plans for three main business units, as well as developing long-term engagement strategies for our key stores and managing our network of sports and lifestyle influencers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Launch activation planning and execution for the following business units – Running & Training, Basketball and Sportstyle
- Retail Activation planning and management
- Event planning and management
- Influencer Management – includes quarterly reviews of influencers, managing payouts and product delivery, and scouting for relevant influencers for the brand
- Support channel activation + content requirements with multi-brand sneaker outlets
- Budget Management for respective business units, influencers, and retail activation
Eligibility
- Min 3-4 years experience in event management
- Prefer a candidate with work experience in an Ad-agency / Event Mgt. Agency and has worked on consumer lifestyle accounts
- Proficient with MS Office applications – PowerPoint & MS Excel
- Prefer a candidate with experience in influencer management
