Job Description
Managing Employee Relationship processes to guarantee workforce recruitment and deployment on the shop floor as needed, as well as maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations at the Haridwar factory to maintain the requisite production level.
Responsibilities
- Create the recruitment plan in order to facilitate smooth operations considering plant overhead budget in Haridwar Plant.
- Ensuring timely completion of Career Progression Process of team members for motivation and engagement of team members
- Maintaining harmonious relationship with team members to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
- Ensuring timely completion of appraisal process as per the policy for monthly and quarterly pay-out for team members
