Responsibilities
- Work on the hiring process
- Provide support in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Draft recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen inbound resumes and applications
- Conduct hygiene interviews (via phone, video and in-person)
- Arrange for interview logistics
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Manage and update databases
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites
- Help in building and updating talent database
- Assist in HR operations activities including employee engagement etc
Eligibilities
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 24th Dec’21 and 28th Jan’22
- are available for duration of 6 months
- have relevant skills and interests
