Job Description
The Enterprise Operations Portfolio is a collection of Offerings that assist clients in getting the most out of their financial, supply chain, and IT operations investments. We can help our clients overcome their issues when operating business components by adopting a holistic view of these essential business operations, from strategy articulation to process design and technology enablement.
Finance, Supply Chain, and IT are becoming increasingly critical in how our companies connect with their consumers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders as they move toward a digital future. We can be more creative in how we deploy our resources and generate innovation at market pace by merging our strategy, operations improvement, upgrades, and operational capabilities.
Eligibilities
- Strong in SQL and good hands-on experience in Conversions, Interfaces and Reporting (BI, OTBI, FRS and FBDI Templates)
- Basics of 3-4 modules – page navigation, underlying tables, understanding of End-to-End Processes
- Strong experience in web services: REST, SOAP, WSDL
- Should be familiar with frequently used Integration Patterns in Cloud
- Should have strong knowledge and real time experience on 2-3 integrations – SOA/ OIC
- Data conversions using FBDI Templates
- Should have thorough experience in BIP Reports, ESS Jobs.
- Basic understanding of Security Roles for BI
- Should be aware of best practices, quality and naming standards, performance, Code Migration methods and should be able to review code from all aspects
- Strong Knowledge on ITSM: Incident, Problem, enhancement management processes
- Very good Experience working in production support projects and associated tasks like monitoring of the individual queues, ticket updates as per SLA, working with stake holders to take the tickets forward and provide effective resolution
- Strong experience on Performance/ SQL Tuning
- Should be BE/ BTech / BCA / MCA
