Responsibilities
- Sourcing leads via direct methods and independent closure for the allotted project
- Looking for new opportunities to form partnerships/channels
- Maintaining the paperwork related to the customer registrations
- Creating and maintaining a database of partners
- Making visits to the partners and training their teams
- Working on necessary follow-ups with the customers to meet our targets
- Maintaining the MIS records of the channel performance
- Tracking invoices from channel partners and payments
- Complying with the company defined guidelines and processes
- Adhering to project timelines
- Identifying the processes/procedures in your work area that needs improvement
- Recommending process improvement ideas to streamline the efficiency/cost/productivity
- Undertaking the process improvement activities in your work area
