Job Description
As a member of the Interactive Graphic Design team, you will be based in one of the world’s premier consulting firms, where you will have a significant daily impact on customers in a variety of industries. We’re looking for a front-end developer with web design and development experience to work with the rest of the team to create high-impact, customised websites for focused, highly valued audiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven work experience as a designer
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, timekeeping and communication skills.
- Understanding of layout aesthetics.
Eligibility
- Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a UI designer for web mobile
- Excellent knowledge of one of the prototyping tools (Adobe XD/Sketch/Figma)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, platform specifics, and user-centered approach
- Demonstrated experience in creative wireframes, user flow, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (or willingness to learn after hiring)
- Ability to collaborate daily with other designers, developers, and copywriters
- Up to date with latest UI/UX trends, passion to develop and grow
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work and thinking process
- Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area
- Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs
- Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines
- May be occasionally required to travel domestically or internationally
