The role is the part of Monetization and brand solution team. This team is responsible for earning advertising and monetization revenue for myntra by providing various brands solutions. This team supports one of the most important functions for the Myntras growth for future success.
Roles and Responsibility | Myntra Recruitment 2021
Roles
1. Lead the Ad operations team for Myntra monetization for several BUs and add formats.
2. Lead the team to transition to one of the best teams in the domain within the country.
3. own &manage day to day operations for monetization team.
4. Manage a team of 1-2 Ad ops person and be responsible for collective output from the team.
5. To work with brands & brand sales team & help Brands achieve optimal results for their campaign by using data optimization and insights.
6. Provide weekly monthly quarterly overview of operational activity processes for Assigned BUs.
7.To work with internal stakeholders including category and store teams for end to end execution of monetization media plan including ad serving reports etc.
8. Proactive in identifying , raising and problem solving issues that might impact the plan numbers.
9. To adhere to international processes and keep the escalations to minimum.
Responsibility | Myntra Recruitment 2021
1. To own all the add operations processes for monetization & Brand solutions tea for the assigned BU.
2. Ensure TAT for executions and reports generations are aligned with stake holders and adhere to .
3. To ensure Brands are provided with regular reports and insights and help them make the right business decision.
4. To Manage your team members and drive high employee satisfaction for your team.
Eligibility | Myntra Recruitment 2021
Preferably Btech or MBA from renowned college
Overall work experience of 3-4 years . Atleast 2 years of experience in in ADops is must
Preferred to have experience in ecommerce industry.
