- Yearly/Long term plans – Preparation of AOP (yearly working arrangement), Creation of collection plans and brand occasional purchases
- Month to month/Short term plans – Monthly objective setting, inwards limit distribution, OTB the executives
- Revealing and KPI the executives – Tracking classification’s key measurements, week by week/month to month/season execution survey and investigation
- Review and direct Intake and buy orders
- Make robotized reports and scientific models
- Drive focal investigation projects
