1. Drive cross-department collaboration for resolving merchant issues
2. Clear roadblocks on operational tasks for product releases
3. Assist merchants in API integrations
4. Support in defining merchant operations’ panel requirements
5. Collect, organize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for better decision-making and for deep-diving into issues & customer requirements
