Job Description
SME-Operations Management is a critical source of Operation Management knowledge, capability, and expertise. The SME serves as the organization’s representative for his or her knowledge area, applying his or her expertise to help the organization’s strategic direction. He or she should be capable of working on fundamental subjects and willing to do so.
Responsibilities
- Authoring Solutions for advanced questions from Operations Management textbooks
- Online answering of Operations Management questions posted by students abroad
- Quality review of solutions given by external answerers
- Content feedback and online tutoring
- Auditing Video contents
- Checking content for Plagiarism and Copyright issue
Eligibilities
- The candidate must be from either of the following backgrounds:
- MBA/PGDM (Operations)
- MBA/PGDM (any specialization) with B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Freshers / Faculty (0- 3Years Experience) – anyone with strong subject knowledge can apply.
- The candidate must be-
- Excellent in communication skills, both oral and written
- Having a good hands knowledge on Operations Management Concepts
- Proficient with Excel
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
