Job Description

Our Corporate Marketing team creates marketing campaigns to show potential clients how Gartner’s insights, recommendations, and solutions can help them accomplish the mission-critical goals that drive organisational success. Through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences across the buyer’s lifecycle, the team increases sales activity by attracting, engaging, and converting prospects. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Lead Enrichment team right now. Validating, cleaning, appending, correcting, and directing inbound leads to the right sales agents will be the responsibility of the Marketing Specialist.


  • Manage lead volume for your product and geographical areas
  • Gather data about sales leads from various sources including ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet; verify data accuracy; and enter it into systems
  • Provide quick, accurate lead routing to improve assignment accuracy and the speed at which the leads get to sales reps
  • Collaborate with the Master Data Management team within IT to get new accounts created
  • Collaborate with the Territory Management team in HR and the Territory Planning & Analytics team in Finance to ensure accounts are in the right territory
  • Work toward continuous process improvements & automation to seek additional efficiencies
  • Respond to questions about leads and lead assignment


  • BS/BA degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Relevant marketing or data entry experience preferred
