Roles and Responsibilities
- Build your local sports project (LSP).
- Choose your range as per your catchment analysis (range selection)
- Work on merchandising and stock
- Work on piloting and PNL for your sport (margin, shrinkage)
- Take responsibility for your actions and challenge yourself and achieve your ambition
- Practice your sport a minimum of once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
- Build your sports community in your catchment
- Give regular IDMs
- Mediate between your user and DMI (feedback)
- Update your planner including events, workshops, and leaves
- Recruit future sports leaders
- Keep your layout commercially optimized
Eligibility
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for the part time job/internship
- can start the part time job/internship between 9th Sep’22 and 14th Oct’22
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests.
