Roles and Responsibilities
- Travel across multiple locations within a defined Geo to onboard new bus operators
- Manage and own the bus operator’s on-boarding process from start to finish
- Build relationships with new bus operators and convince them to partner with us
- Ensure all appropriate approvals and required documentation have been received before approving onboarding requests
- Handle bus operator objections to organization plans through effective relationship selling
- Provide regular feedback on market visits and maintain accurate MIS
Eligibility
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 9th Sep’22 and 14th Oct’22
- are available for duration of 3 month
- are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon, Raipur and neighboring cities.
- have relevant skills and interests
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and explain in simple language to user basis situation
- Ability to plan an effective travel schedule to generate maximized output from the visits done
- Geo knowledge and understanding of the industry are preferred
- Pleasant action-oriented personality with career orientation
