Roles and Responsibilities
- Look after the hospitality arrangements of guests/visitors
- Greet visitors and direct them to the right team or employee they wish to meet
- Handle direct inquiries to the right team or employee
- Contact different brands and companies to book venues for parties & event
- Maintain visitor logs, including details about the person they visit and the purpose of their visit
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required
- Provide administration support like photocopying or filing documents
Eligibility
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 1st Jul’22 and 5th Aug’22
- are available for duration of 6 months
- have relevant skills and interests
