Responsibilities
- Work with our digital & virtual product interface where different events, webinars, and quizzes need to be created with the help of the provided CMS system and successful delivery to clients needs to be handled
- Work closely with developers in terms of making a good product and work closely with clients for smooth execution of the delivery process
- Present our product demo to clients in their technical aspect – after the sales team closes the deal, the delivery team comes into action where they will be managing end-to-end delivery of the product to clients
- Work closely with the team and clients to refine/ensure proper client delivery and successful customer engagements
- Promote good working relationships and encourage high standards of conduct & work performance
- Take care of client satisfaction and feedback (these are a top priority for us)
Eligibilities
