Roles and Responsibilities

  • Housing Loan & Vehicle Loan Responsible for Scrutinizing, raising discrepancies or pendency (if any) to employees before going for legal check and disbursement procedures of Staff housing loans.
  • Responsible for Scrutinizing, raising discrepancies or pendency if any to employees before disbursement procedures of Staff Vehicle loans Insurance cover for all Staff Housing loans from employees to be conducted every month with insurance provider ie Group term insurance separately.
  • Additional Staff Housing loan Responsible for Scrutinizing Additional Staff Housing loan applications.
  • Checking for process adherence for processing of Additional Staff HL.
  • Closure of staff Housing Loan & Vehicle Loans Responsible for providing NOC and Original Property documents to employees after loan is settled by PAD team.
  • Responsible for providing NOC and Form 35 to employees after Vehicle loan is closed by PAD team.
  • (Form 35 is provided for change of hypothecation to RTO).
  • Post Disbursement Documents ( Housing loan ) Listing of each post disbursement docs in the tracker and HR System.
  • Dispatching all the post disbursement docs to RA ops team every month.
  • Letters Responsible for issuing the following letters: CEFA Letter for sanctioning loan in HDFC Ltd under pari passu.
  • Foreclosure Letter for Staff Housing loan Request letter to Builder/Society to issue NOC to Mortgage letter Request letter to Society for handing over share certificate to Employees Authority letter to Builder to handover registered docs to employees & further submit docs in our custody Request from employee towards Income tax officials for sharing staff housing loan details for financial yea Loan Sanction letter ( Optional) Hypothecation Letter / NOC for Termination Lien Removal Letter Loss of RC Book letter MIS Preparing Month wise, Quarterly & Yearly MIS for Staff Loans Preparing Month wise Insurance data towards staff housing loan cover Sending Annexures provided by insurance service provider(HDFC Life) to PAD team for deduction/Addition towards insurance premium from employees salary Preparing MIS for different Verticals on Staff Loan benefit utilized by employees as per request.
  • Bank Lease / Self Lease / Company Lease: Checking Eligibility and process requirements for Bank lease and Self Lease.
  • Taking approvals from Functional head for every new cases and renewals of various properties of employees on lease.
  • Staff Housing loan Paper less project UAT for Staff Housing loan Utility Making concept note for Staff Housing loan on policies & procedures of various departments involved in utility from all stake holders.
  • Rewards & Recognition Taking all nominations across pan india from HRBPs on monthly basis and sending it for printing certificates and there after release it to Pad team for payout.
  • Preparing monthly MIS on disbursement of respective awards and publishing it in HR Board Before disbursement preparing file and sending it for ER Check and there after informing HR RSM on ER case if any to stop or process the award based on Vertical Heads approval.
  • PMS Process Independently managing adherence of Annual Appraisal and Midyear evaluation process online in SAP Handling all queries of all employees in regards to SAP and Eligibility related queries during the process.
