Responsibilities
- Build a local sports project (LSP/commercial policy) to make your sport accessible to as many as sport users in your catchment
- Manage overall omni-business for the sport
- Interact with like-minded sport users and customers with the objective of satisfying the user
- Choose your product range as per the catchment analysis
- Remain accountable for merchandising and stock of your sports territory
- Work on piloting, budgeting, and PnL for your sport (margin, shrinkage)
- Guarantee the result of your economic performance with the right forecasting and analysis of the results
- Practice your sport a minimum of once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
- Build a sports community in your catchment
- Mediate between the user and the country’s sports leader (feedback)
- Update your planner, including events, workshops, and leaves
- Recruit future sports leaders with the help of your coach
