Roles and Responsibilities | MX Player
- . Participate in the hiring process using various sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc. to help identify & screen potential candidates for relevant positions
- . Manage the talent pipeline by determining the candidate’s status & coordinating interviews between stakeholders & shortlisted candidates
- . Create, build, and maintain relationships of potential passive candidates to fill future upcoming roles
