Position:- Financial planning and analysis Manager
Location:- Gurugram

Roles And Responsibilities | Makemytrip Recruitment

  1. Leads Quarterly monthly and mid monthly management reporting
  2. Business Partnering:
  3. work closely with business for budgeting exercise and development of annual operating plan
  4. Liaison with business to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue , cost of sales expenses and capital expenditures.
  5. Monitor performance indicators highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance vis a vis budget and forecasting
  6. Proactively provide analysis insights on revenue mix
  7. Benchmarking key performance indicators with competitors to analyze performance vis a vis market
  8. Develop financial models and analyzes to support strategic initiatives
  9. Support Senior management with commercial and financial recommendation to management for decision making purposes
  10. Prepare presentations and present to Board of Directors and senior management team
  11. Implement and work with a business intelligence tools and dashboard reports
  12. Ad hoc reporting Analysis

Eligibility | Makemytrip Recruitment

Prior FP&A experience in a good company, preferably E commerce or FMCG Companies.
Good Communication Skills
GO better attitude to pick up assignments proactively
Ability to effectively work in a team
Strong Analytical skills
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools preferred
