Job Description

The Knowledge Manager will be the person in charge of this position. The individual should carry out Knowledge Management objectives, such as cooperation activities, and ensure that the entity’s content strategies and goals are carried out smoothly.


  • Work with Knowledge Manager to help establish KM as a priority business lever for the allotted business areas
  • Responsible for optimizing content structure and managing the posting / editing of content to knowledge base and website updates
  • Develops documentation for knowledge content creation, repurposing, review and sanitization
  • Identify and help capture key information developed within the Organization relevant to the business areas
  • Conduct gap analysis and maintain the knowledge sites/repositories to ensure that the right content is captured, tagged, and published
  • Create and help drive collaboration activities for knowledge sharing
  • Evaluate the usage patterns and identify actions to improve search
  • Enable and use champion network to drive knowledge culture
  • Develop reports, analyze metrics, scorecards and search health reports
  • Provide support to address help desk queries
  • Create and drive collaboration activities for knowledge sharing and adjust strategy as per the results obtained


  • 4-8 years of knowledge management experience
  • Experience with key knowledge management concepts, tools and techniques
  • Strong Content Management skills, including Content life cycle management (From gap analysis to content dissemination and retirement)
  • Leveraged emerging KM tools for Content Management activities
  • Work proactively with the supervisor to propose improvements and innovations to content production processes, workflow and knowledge infrastructure to increase efficiencies in the delivery of content.
  • Good to have experience/familiarity in IT Services domain, Application and SI services, Engineering Services, Products, Platforms, IP services, BPO, IT Consulting
  • Strong understanding and usage of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and/or WordPress)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Basic project management skills and experience in managing programs and projects to achieve milestones and objectives
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a virtual, problem-solving environment
  • Willingness to participate in virtual meetings outside of regular business hours to accommodate other time zones
