Roles and Responsibilities | Jobs in Swiggy
- Assist in building out business model, working with functions in determining functional targets, performing rigorous analysis on initiatives and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Work with functional teams in articulating strategy and vision for relevant stakeholders
- Ownership and responsibility of gathering market intelligence to drive best-in-class business processes along with functional leaders
- Ability to scope ambiguous problems, structure them and see them through execution
- Work with functional teams in identifying new initiatives and focus areas keeping in mind the organizational goals
- Assist in data-driven decision making by running pilots and studying
- Communicating with senior stakeholders including functional heads and CXOs on progress and analytical insights
Eligibility | Jobs in Swiggy
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical degree
- Chartered Accountants with prior experience in diligence processes will also be considered
- 1-3 years’ experience preferably in a consulting or analytics environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholder
