Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
  • Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospecting for new business
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Following up on interview process status and updating the records in the internal database

Eligibilities

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
  • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
  • Must have experience with technical requirements, preferably for product companies
  • Experience of 6 months to 1 year in recruitment or human resources
  • Must have relevant skills and interests
