We are searching for applicants at the Staff, Senior, and Manager levels who have experience with a variety of top Middleware products (SOA, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Microsoft Azure integrations, IICS-CAI, IBM Integrations and OIC). One should be able to perceive the gap between where clients are now and where they need to be as a problem-solver with a keen capacity to diagnose a client’s particular demands. The candidate should be able to draw out a plan to assist clients in achieving their objectives. This position will be responsible for supporting all areas of the Middleware integration process definition and implementation as an expert and leader.

• Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
• Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibilities
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within EY, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility
• Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within EY
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams in the identification of business requirements workshops, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures

• Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises, they are required

• Responsible for diagnoses and resolving application issues as part of the different ongoing engagements across various middleware offerings
• Assess potential new systems and middleware integration tools options for the business, providing guidance on the most relevant solution for each business scenario
• Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client and EY expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
• Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, leading and motivating project teams, monitoring and managing project risks, managing client and EY key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions
• Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and EY solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to EY leadership, and helping develop client opportunities

Eligibility

• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analysing, and structuring relevant data
• Technical Design, Identification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components, and Implement best practices, following development life cycle process
• Deliver technical design based on the business requirements
• Prepare quality deliverables as per designated project timelines
• Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation
• Forecasting technical risks and mitigation plan sharing with technical architect & delivery manager
• Contribution to process review and improvement
• Deliver POCs, conduct trainings and mentor team members
• Supporting integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Lead and manage teams responsible for delivering the middleware solutions and work with offshore, client, onsite teams as part of the project
• Provide integration solutions for enterprise systems using different middleware platforms 
• Hold sessions with end users and/or functional consultants to gather business requirements for technical design
• Analysing current design and deliver future state integration architecture 
• Build Architecture and implement API Led connectivity for a scalable and robust design
• Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs

• Working on project assessment for end-to-end analysis of a project’s scope, scale, deliverables, objectives, and impacts
• Support end users in resolving the reported incidents within prescribed SLA
• Should be willing to travel onsite on short term or long term on need basis
• Should demonstrate ability to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients
• Should demonstrate experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues
• Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and people centric approach to understand employee needs as well as to manage employee expectations
• Self-motivator and result oriented to complete task as per timelines
• Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3-16 years of experience in the service delivery projects with hands on experience in integrating complex systems using latest Middleware offerings
• 3-16 years of consulting experience, providing advisory services for modern integration platforms like SOA, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Microsoft Azure integrations, IICS-CAI, IBM Integrations and OIC
