- Scheduling Interviews and telephone screens working straightforwardly with competitors and employing directors, at times orchestrating travel for visiting applicants
- Refreshing competitor records and occupation postings in enlisting frameworks and affirming fresh recruits
- Giving subsequent correspondence to competitors on enlisting status through telephone and email
- Following enlisting exercises and giving competitor status in a week by week report
- Planning the post-meet question gatherings and giving question materials
- Recognizing openings for further developing up-and-comer experience and planning proficiency
- Aiding the coordination of other selecting exercises depending on the situation
Eligibility | Job in Disney+ Hotstar
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
