Internship Description
As a part of our Intern to Strategy & Planning Leadership Program (SPLP), you’ll discover unmatched opportunities to show your education into real-world experience with a corporation that’s redefining human mobility. Designed for those that have already completed a summer internship at Ford, this extra experience will provide you with a good stronger foundation for a future career at Ford.
The Strategy & Planning Leadership Program (SPLP) may be a 36-month / 3-Year rotational experience consisting of 4 assignments which will build a technique skill set preparing the individual for his or her first off-program assignment in Enterprise line Management.

- Minimum Requirements for the EPLM Strategy & Planning Leadership Program (SPLP):
Must have completed and passed an internship with Ford Motor Company or Ford Motor Credit Company within the past 24 months.
Expected completion of MBA by August 2022
Professional work experience before completion of grad school (3-5 years preferred)
