STIPEND	2000 /month + Incentives

Responsibilities

1. Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships
2. Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products
3. Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
4. Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
5. Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and terms and conditions of the policy
6. Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events
7. Keep a watch on industry and market trends and best practices
8. Fill out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records, and prepare reports

Eligibility

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 9th May’21 and 14th Jun’21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (35% of sales).
