Roles and Responsibilities
- Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Eligibility
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 3rd Jun’22 and 8th Jul’22
- are available for duration of 3 months
- are from or open to relocate to Ghaziabad, Noida and neighboring cities
- have relevant skills and interests
