Roles and Responsibilities | Human Resource Internship
- 1. Partner with recruiters, business managers, technical panelists, and interviewers to maintain a positive scheduling experience on both sides
- 2. Schedule and manage in-person, Skype/Teams virtual interviews, presentations, and supplemental meetings and interactions
- 3. Work on timely responses to scheduling requests, emails, and any related correspondences
- 4. Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system (ATS) or other tools and recruiting documents
- 5. Provide precise status updates to recruiters, business managers, and communication with candidates thus giving the best experience to all stakeholders internally or externally
- 6. Collect the assessment documents from business panelists and required mandatory documents from candidates for further processing of their candidature
Eligibility | Human Resource Internship
- 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
- 2. can start the internship between 26th Oct’21 and 30th Nov’21
- 3. are available for duration of 6 months
- 4. have relevant skills and interests
- 5. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or masters in business administration
- 6. Keen interest to make their career in the recruitment domain
- 7. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills is a must
- 8. Ability to work with multiple business stakeholders across locations
- 9. A person with good influencing skills and an understanding of business priorities
- 10. High energy to coordinate and execute interviews, candidate coordination
