Job Description
Responsibilities
– Payroll and Time Office
– Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
– Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register
– Prepare Payroll related reports Employee Life Cycle Activities
– Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letter Recruitment
– Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews
– Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants
– Handle Walk-in interviews
– Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidate Training Administration
– Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records Zero Payroll errors No delay in ELC events 100% Manning 100% compliance to Training Calendar Asian Paints
– Internal HR Document-Strictly Confidential
– Process payments for external trainers Statutory Compliances
– File monthly statutory returns
– Maintain various statutory registers and records as required by Law
– Manage Contract Labor in coordination with external contractors Personnel Administration
– Procure and distribute welfare items
– Maintain various Quality records as per Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems
– Generate various monthly MIS reports

BBA, MBA
