Responsibilities
- Work closely with the corporate employee engagement team for brainstorming creative engagement initiative ideas
- Create communication collaterals, mailers, and posters for various internal initiatives being launched by the team
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Eligibilities
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 27th May’22 and 1st Jul’22
- are available for duration of 6 months
- have relevant skills and interests
