The role would involve farming sales (50%) new business development (50%). So the candidate should have both hunting and farming skills and experience.

- Prior track record of opening new accounts and closing new deals
- should have experience of in the sales
- Focus on significant and high impact opportunities that generate business values for the target clients.
- Support the sales team in their pursuits with their consultative sales approach
Competencies
1. Ability to sense and react to market opportunities
2. Ability to hold pursuits/leads all across the sales cycle0 from initiation till closure
3. Ability to build and nurture client relationships
4. Ability to display initiative and work in an unstructured environment is must
5. proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting qualifying created value -based demonstrations.
6. Demonstrated leadership capabilities
7. Excellent networking interpersonal and negotiation skills.
8.Should be highly motivated and target oriented
