Financial Analyst Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Optimize facility support services working with HR and Ford Land functions
  • Lead in consolidating the FMPL Headcount data from HR, Skill team and track headcount growth, Efficiencies
  • Reporting of Headcount status  – Actuals, Year on Year changes, Current vs Prior month, Status comparing Budget YE, Quarterly Headcount movement(Growth, Efficiency)Critical role as this position reports Source of Truth for HC status of various skill team’s, CFO, Sr. Leadership team
  • Providing status update to Ford IT and Capacity planning team for their planning
  • Accounting, Finance, Ford Credit Skill team – FMPL Finance SPOC and support in measuring FMPL Personal, Non Personal cost and working with skill team partners to measure YoY efficiencyMonthly Journals / accruals for Open PO’s, Approval of Skill team PO
  • Monthly Headcount Billing from FMPL to Other CBG’s for Accounting, Finance, Ford Credit Skill team. Semi annual True Up/True Down billing based on Budget performance
  • Budget support – Measuring Headcount into sub functions (CoE, Non CoE), Mix structure updates factoring growth
  • Supporting Annual Statutory Audit
  • Lease car Financials – Financials for Procurement/Disposal of company owned/competitor vehicles
  • Asset Disposal/CSR Donation – Financials preparation for disposing/donating assets
  • Build good working level relationship with skill teams
  • Influence positively to deliver results through assignments with high demand on time and quality

Eligibilities

  • Good in Accounting standards and that would enable to support Statutory audit
  • Journals flow
  • FMPL Finance SPOC for few skill team and should handle
  • Monthly Journals / accruals for Open PO’s, Approval of Skill team PO
  • Monthly Headcount Billing from FMPL to Other CBG’s for Accounting, Finance, Ford Credit Skill team. Semi annual True Up/True Down billing based on Budget performance
  • Budget support – Measuring Headcount into sub functions (CoE, Non CoE), Mix structure updates factoring growth.
  • Education:- CA – Inter, CWA, CWA – Inter
  • No. of years of Experience:- 1 to 3 years
