Design Engineer Job Description
We are looking for someone to lead the mechanical design development
Responsibilities
- Lead the product development with a team of young engineers by guiding them closely
- Complete responsibility of Mechanical Product Design from the initial problem identification to streamlined production
- Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, designing, prototyping, production design, costing analysis, DFM, FMEA, vendor selection etc.
- PLM management – BOM, CAD, ECR/ECN, Drawings, Documentation etc.
Eligibilities
- Prior hands-on experience in a complete product development cycle is a MUST
- Deep interest in mechanical product design.
- Prior hands-on experience in the complete product design cycle is a MUST
- 2+ years of hands-on work experience of complete design cycle experience is preferred
- Total work experience of 4+ years is preferable.
