Roles and Responsibilities
- Help to attract, encourage, build and manage Sportskeeda’s overall community
- Manage, communicate with and educate our key users
- Provide direct support to our users and serve as a go-to person for our external and internal stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategies that are targeted towards transforming Sportskeeda’s visitors to returning users
- Pursue growth-related partnerships and opportunities for Sportskeeda
- Develop creative ideas in partnership with the Product team to reward our power users and top contributors
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to better understand Sportskeeda’s user needs
Eligibility
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for the work from home job/internship
- can start the work from home job/internship between 29th Jul’22 and 2nd Sep’22
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests.
- Skill(s) required
- English Proficiency (Written)
- Hindi Proficiency (Written)
- MS-Excel
- Experience in growing and managing online communities, advocating for the community to lead opportunities for creators and users to grow engagement
- Familiarity with UGC (User Generated Content) and internet culture & a deep understanding of online communities
- Data-driven and goal-orientated approach
- Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Able to interpret dashes to draw patterns from data
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs
- Proven ability to work independently with enthusiasm, energy and drive
