Roles and Responsibilities | Client Servicing Internship 2021

Checking everyday activities
Dissecting key paths execution of first and last mile activity
Underscoring to improve the customers’ fulfillment
Checking rate of conveyance, volume, and the underlying driver of variance
Organizing straightforwardly with customers and working and charging customers
Planning SOP, planning and freezing necessities, and giving the best answers for the business
Meeting with imminent customers to improve the base
Leading group gatherings to address day to compels
Tapping hazy situations of concern and executing needful activities to sort ASAP
Chipping away at NDR the board and execution report assessment
Sharing MIS reports with dispensed customers
Leading NPS review both inside and remotely
Giving proactive contribution to outside and interior imperfections/changes
Dissecting aftereffects of tasks to find more productive approaches to use assets
Sharing contributions over network extension thinking about contender presence and their system
