Responsibilities
- Oversee and own the sales process to attract new clients & procure new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
- Review clients’ feedback, implement necessary changes and analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
- Work on new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Work on meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
