Axis Bank’s Young Bankers Program Descriptions
The Young Bankers Program by Axis Bank is a special training program designed to help young graduates begin a successful career in banking. It’s a partnership between Axis Bank and Manipal Global Education Services and has been very successful over the last decade, with over 9500 participants trained and hired by Axis Bank. After completing the program, participants will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. The one-year program teaches graduates everything they need to know to be successful bankers, including skills, knowledge, and attitude.
