Job Descriptions

The role’s goal is to provide a scientific procedure and an appropriate analytical solution for measuring panels, as well as perform research studies.


  • Design different Process and Work on those process using different statistical and scientific models 
  • Apply methodological research & operational research specialization Support requirement of analytics and having ability to measure data differently
  • Own the Research and Validation process for Viewership data processing
  • Proactively create process that supports ease in Production data
  • Responsible for leading the strategic design, implementation and maintenance of sustainable, standardized and scalable data/analytics solutions
  • Partner with Technical teams for placing key projects in production
  • Design scope of analytics and execute the same for large and small project
  • Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
  • Provide continues operational support across organization from research requirement prospective
  • Provide Scientific rational solutions to the problems


  • Designing process and Methodologies and executing of design that supports the requirement of Client servicing team

  • Job Specifications
  • Minimum Education
    • MS in Statistics from tier I institute / Computer science OR Electronic Engineer
  • Minimum/Relevant Experience
    • 8 to 10 years’ experience from market research / analytics companies 
  • Past Industry Experience
    • Industry agnostic but with preference to Research / analytics industry at large.
  • Strategic bent of mind 
  • Attention to understand the detail
  • Must be comfortable interacting with internal clients and peers; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lead the team
  • Technical Skills
    • Ability to work with large sets of data
    • Ability to work with structured as well as unstructured data
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram form
    • Basic Understanding of R, Python
    • Must be strong on Power BI or Tableau
