- Digital & Technology Centre of Excellence ( HR DigTech
- COE) As HR Tech COE, you will be the go to person ( SME) for all things related to Tech & Digital. Following will be the key responsibilities for the role
- Have a deep understanding of the technology and digital world and shifts it is undergoing and its impact on various HR Processes like Recruitment , Employee life cycle, Org structures etc .
- Build , maintain and utilize a repository of resumes in the digital and technology world for hiring across various units and roles across the financial services business
- Work with businesses to create the right organization structures/ designs in the Digital and technology world
- Conceptualize , develop POC , Scale up and institutionalize various HR technology projects . Eg. Models in HR Analytics, creating a data lake for driving People analytics
- Guide the overall HR teams on the future of Digital and technology in terms on new technologies and work with the learning and development team to create and execute upskill and reskill plansWhat are we looking for :Some one with 4-6 years of post MBA experience , having a deep understanding of the roles in the Digital and technology world and fluent with Org design principles. Ability to ideate and turn those ideas into execution and scale up with be a key skill for the role. (ref:iimjobs.com)
