Account Manager Job Description

Every day, the Global Business Group Scaled team works with young and growing businesses on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to help them grow through sales solutions. We are successful when we assist our customers in growing their businesses. In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving sales by collaborating, consulting, educating, and supporting Growth accounts.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage client relationships from start to finish, work directly with marketing and technical teams to consult on sales solutions, have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with prior experience in account management and/or selling marketing solutions will be preferred. This position will support accounts in the India market and will be based in our Gurgaon office.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Meta solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
  • Grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with Growth clients and navigate complex relationships
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
  • Work with small and medium business to improve the performance of their overall Meta advertising campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams within Meta

Eligibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or account management — performance marketing, digital marketing
  • Masters/MBA degree with outstanding academic performance.
  • Understanding of television, Internet and other media
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Results and detail orientated with a very hands on approach
  • Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
